The Site is operated by Glamp Island LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Glamp Island," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is informational and marketing in nature: it exists to present the Resort, receive waitlist inquiries, and facilitate pre-opening guest communications.

Glamp Island LLC may act as a marketing agent, booking intermediary, or guest management coordinator on behalf of the applicable accommodation owner or operator, which may be a separate affiliated entity. No stay, reservation, occupancy right, or contractual entitlement of any kind is created by visiting this Site or submitting any inquiry through it. Any such right arises only upon the full execution of a separate booking confirmation or rental agreement between you and the applicable operator at the time of reservation.

By using this Site (including browsing, joining the waitlist, or submitting any inquiry), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors regardless of whether they complete any transaction or submission.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about the Resort and submit inquiries. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malicious code, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site by automated means
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communication submitted through the Site

All content on this Site (including text, images, design elements, graphics, logos, and concept renderings) is owned by or licensed to Glamp Island LLC. All rights reserved. The Glamp Island name, wordmark, and visual identity are proprietary. Nothing on this Site grants any license to use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Images on this Site designated as artist renderings or concept illustrations are speculative in nature and do not represent the completed appearance of the Resort or its accommodations.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time without notice.

Information on this Site (including pricing, availability, amenities, opening dates, specifications, transportation options, and descriptions of the surrounding area) is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

We make no warranty that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Factors including weather, permitting timelines, construction progress, and local operating conditions in Bocas del Toro, Panama may affect Resort operations in ways that cannot be anticipated or guaranteed on this Site. You should contact us directly to confirm any detail before making travel arrangements.

By submitting a waitlist request or contact inquiry through the Site, you consent to receive communications from Glamp Island LLC related to the Resort, including reservation updates and pre-opening information.

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a reservation, guarantee of availability, priority right, or binding agreement of any kind. No stay or accommodation right is created until a separate booking agreement is fully executed. You may request to be removed from our communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, services, or social media accounts. These references are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glamp Island LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising solely from your use of this Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamp Island LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) content you submit through the Site; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms of Use (and any dispute arising from your use of this Site) are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any such dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

This governing law provision applies solely to these Terms and to the use of this website. It does not govern any future accommodation agreement, rental agreement, or on-site guest relationship, which may be subject to separate terms and applicable local law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
